This has been a much discussed and often practiced topic in many of my circles for the past few years. I give a lot of time to thinking about the nap. Why it is so powerful on many different levels. Why it is so good to me. The nap has very rarely left me wanting.
It is slightly different working what I consider a 'real job' now. When I worked with AuXano my schedule was so incredibly scattered that a mid-week, mid-day nap was not unheard of, I was working until 2 in the morning oftentimes and needed the rest sometime! However, now I am in a much more rountined, regular lifestyle. Which is good for me, but it doesn't allow for many nap attacks.
Tomorrow, I have one object on my todo list. Nap. It is going to rain most of the day. The high will probably just barely touch 60 degrees and I would very much doubt that I will see the sun. PERFECT nap conditions.
Tonight, I am going to Blockbuster and renting a couple of movies of varying genres. And tomorrow, I will possibly order a pizza. That is pretty much as ambitious as I am going to get for the weekend.
As usual, let me leave you with a challenge - take a nap.
