GOODBYE BLOGGER

I AM DONE WITH BLOGGER. IT WAS FUN AND GOOD, BUT IT IS OVER.

Work In Progress . . .

Yep, changing some things around over here.

Will be working on it all week, hopefully the new rollout will be sharper and with a new dose of awesomeness!

Thanks for your patience while I use a template from Blogger.

I am So Sorry

For the lack of postage. This will change shortly. Work has picked up and my internet at home has been down. I get internet back tomorrow, so the posting will abound.

Will you forgive me?

BLOGROLL: Todd Hiestand

This article has been defining a lot of my thinking lately. If you get a chance read it. If not, I will be preaching a bunch of it on April 27 at Generation Next. Todd Hiestand is a really sharp guy. I don't know a lot about him other than he is a pastor out in the Philadelphia area. Anyway, I am adding him to my blogroll and hope to get to know him further.

Thanks to MudPuppy for the link love!

38 Pitches

This is pretty cool. Curt Schilling of the Boston Red Sox, blogs. He blogs a lot. This is a really cool thing. As I read through some of his recent posts, I see that this is a pretty cool guy who likes to talk about baseball (who doesn't.) I wish that more people were willing to be this accessible. It is fun for us.

Check it out.

Also, do you know of any other celebrity blogs? I know of Zach Braff's blog, but I got sick of reading his, incessant, self-obsessed rantings.

Top Ten Church and Religious Websites

(This at Tutorialblog.org)

While compiling various lists for tutorialblog, something struck me - I kept noticing Religious and Church websites with really good standards compliant designs, something I wouldn’t have expected at first but makes complete sense - They are trying to embrace new technologies to get their message across. Here we bring together the best for you …

Blog

Again, I am working on my blog.

I have added a couple of site feeds from Wired.com and Ragamuffinsoul.com

For now, I am going to a scaled-back, basic layout. Probably for the next couple of weeks. But soon I will launch a new, kick-arse layout! How about a deadline of April 1?

Also, I LOVE blogger's new template/layout customization ability. It is easy and I am learning a lot about CSS.

New Blog - Joe Thorn

Please allow me to introduce a new blog to my ever-growing list on online friends in the blogosphere. His name is Joe Thorn. I first discovered Joe through the pictures he takes and posts on the Flickr Friday Photo Group, which is a group of people who posts pictures on Fridays, imagine that! The above pic is one of his more recent shots.

He also has a great blog. Check it out!
