Remember

God is not trying to take you somewhere, he is trying to make you something.

This must be at the center of our decision making process. We tend to make decisions based on what we should do or what will 'advance our career path.' Our focus should be what is the will of God and what will put me in a situation where I am continually growing closer to Him and more like Him.
